Capacity

There will be a maximum number of 10 persons per course as we have 5 rooms available. Therefore anyone travelling as a couple or close friends may decide to share a room. If two persons decide to share then there will be a reduction of £50 pounds per person. In the event of several people travelling as a group, then an organiser of that group must be selected.

Included Costs

The cost of the event is fully inclusive of collection from & to Carcassonne Airport in France, accommodation, meals and beverages except for lunch out on the Monday and will include entry fees to the Museum at Tautavel.

Deposit

In order to make a booking we will require a 20% deposit with the balance being payable 3 months before the date of the course. You can pay directly by cheque or utilising PayPal on my email address. There will be no refunds made whatever the cause, please therefore note that you will require to purchase independent travel insurances. PLEASE NOTE: We are hoping that most of our guests will fly from London Stansted to Carcassonne on the Thursday and return on the following Tuesday. Ryanair have published timetables and at the moment – 6th Dec 2016 – are £80 return. As is usual with all airlines, the longer you leave it to reserve a seat the more it is likely to cost. If you have any problems with airline/dates please let me know and we will try to help you make alternative arrangements.
